江西景泰钽业有限公司的前身--江西桂族钽铌有限公司成立于2002年4月，是一家专业从事钽、铌冶炼加工的民营企业。公司座落在紧邻320国道的江西省宜丰县石市工业园内，注册资本4200万元，总资产9600万元，占地面积6.6万多平方米，建筑面积2万余平方米。目前公司建有三条钽铌生产线，主要产品和产能为：高纯和超高纯氧化铌100吨、氧化铌100吨；高纯和超高纯氧化钽30吨、氧化钽100吨；碳化钽30吨、氟钽酸钾300吨、铌铁300吨；并开发了各种规格超细钽铌氧化物和碳化物及钼、钒、硅等系列铁合金。
2003年11月,公司通过了ISO9001质量体系认证。2004年5月，经江西省外经贸厅批准获得国家自营进出口权。2005年10月，公司加入国际钽铌研究中心（T.I.C），成为该组织的正式成员。
公司响应国家的号召，积极实施“走出去”的发展战略，走进钽铌资源丰富的埃塞俄比亚，先后成立了东非桂族钽铌有限公司和东非景泰矿业有限公司，取得了该国钽、铌和其他稀有金属矿产资源的勘探、开采与矿产品的出口权，为公司实现可持续发展提供了稳定的原料保障。

King-Tan Tantalum Industry Co., Ltd is originally known as Gui-Family Tantalum-Niobium Ltd., founded in April of 2002, which is a private enterprise specialized in Ta & Nb smelting and processing. Our company is located in ShiShi Industiral Zone, Yifeng County, Jiangxi, which is neighbor on National road 320. Its registered capital is USD 6 million, total assets are USD 13.5 million, and it covers an area of more than 66,000 square meters, and the floor area is more than 20,000 square meters. We have three pieces of Ta & Nb’s production line at present. Main products and production capacity are herein: 100tons of high-pure and ultra-high-pure Nb2O5, 100tons of common Nb2O5, 30tons of high-pure and ultra-high pure Ta2O5, 100tons of common Ta2O5, 30tons of TaC, 300 tons of K2TaK7, 300tons of Ferro-Nb; and various specification superfines Ta2O5, Nb2O5 and carbide; and ferroalloy such as molybdneum, vanadium, silicon, etc. my company also can produce.
The company has been authorized by ISO9001 QUALITIY SYSTEM CERTIFICATION in November,2003. We obtained the autonomous management of import &export authority by Municipal Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation in May, 2004. In October , 2005, We Joined Tantalum and Niobium International Study Center(T.I.C) and became the full member of it.
In respond to the appeal of our country and actively implement the development strategy of “Going out”, the company walked into Ethiopia with abounding Ta&Nb reserve, established Gui-Family Tantalum-Niobium East Africa Ltd and King-Tan Tantalum Industry East Africa Ltd successively and got the authority of exploring, exploiting and exporting tantalum, niobium and rare metal mineral resource in Ethiopia. These provide a steady material guarantee for company’s sustaining development.
